Rules & Format
The Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series 2019 follows the traditional high diving format and is a mix of the rules from the Red Bull Cliff Diving Sportive Committee, FINA and HDA.

Athletes are required to display their skill and versatility by executing take-offs from five basic dive groups – Front, Back, Inward, Reverse and Handstand. Watch the video and find out more about each group.
