A Domino Dive doesn't just happen. Like any other work of art it needs a lot of design, planning and perfect construction. At the fifth stop of the 2016 Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series in Polignano a Mare, Italy, 22 athletes from 10 nationalities lined up across a length of 470m, positioning themselves on private balconies, handrails, restaurants, bars, light poles, rocks and the platforms, then one by one they leapt from heights of between 10m to 27m. This clip takes you behind the scenes, including interviews with the athletes as they prepare for the dive - the first ever of its kind in the World Series.
