Introducing the Women

Rachelle Simpson (USA) - Known affectionately as 'Rocco', the 28-year-old former gymnast has won the first two Women's World Series titles in 2014 and 2015, and is looking to get even stronger in 2016, "Last year I was consistently scoring 8.0's-8.5's, this year I would like to bump that to 8.5's-9.0's."

Ginger Huber (USA) - The 41-year-old acrobat, who finished in 2nd place overall in 2015, is a laid-back character who has has spent her life in diving. She is planning for 2016 to be 'the most fun year yet'.

Lysanne Richard (CAN) - As a graduate from the National Circus School of Montreal, the 34-year-old is more than capable of juggling her job as a character and acrobat at Cirque du Soleil, being a successful cliff diver and three-times mom.

Cesilie Carlton (USA) - The 34-year-old was tied in first place overall with fellow American Rachelle Simpson until the very last competition in Italy in 2015. "My goal for the 2016 season is to perfect the dives I'm doing, and be consistent from start to finish."

Helena Mertens (AUS) - The 21-year-old is the first female athlete from Australia and she names Rachelle Simpson as her cliff diving hero, but there are "so many cliff divers that inspire me for various different reasons".

Adriana Jimenez (MEX) - After recovering from a back injury, the 31-year-old former Olympic diver has learned two new dives during the off-season – the triple back and the quad half – and will challenge not only her opponents but also herself, as she states that 'staying healthy all season' is one of her main goals for 2016.
