Going into his 10th season on the World Series, Steven LoBue is the longest serving of the American threesome on tour. Since he joined the tour in 2011, the Florida-based athlete has made a name for himself; not only by winning five competitions or becoming the first man to perform five somersaults in less than three seconds, but also by waving to the crowd smiling after he'd hit the platform at take-off with his forehead in La Rochelle, France.
The shortest man on tour, 2018's overall runner-up went from best to worst last year – no podium for the first time in seven seasons, a nasty back injury and only 12th overall – but he will attempt to utilize his natural talent to spin his way back to the very top.
Even though the 2017 FINA high diving world champion has no need to prove anything to anyone anymore, he will stay adventurous and hungry, as a look at LoBue's bucket list for 2020 reveals: try new food at every stop, swim with whale sharks and get a shot at rally racing. Don't expect a dull moment with this gentleman!
